Hardy in USDA zones 4-8. Also known as Blunt Mountain Mint. Pycnanthmum muticum.

Makes a mild herbal tea. Leave have a wonderful mild mint scent and are very pretty when dried (see image).
GROW NOTES: Mountain Mint prefers moist soil. Best flowering occurs in full sun, but plants will tolerate partial shade. Blooms: July-Sept.
