ABOUT: Italian heirloom that produces abundant yields of 1-2″ plum shaped tomatoes. Renowned as a sun-drying tomato with excellent flavor and texture. Also great on salads or for making sauces. Unlike most other tomatoes, Principe Borghese can be dried right on the vine as they do not naturally abscise from the stem.
HOW TO GROW: Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the average last frost date. Sow 1/4″ deep. Plant out after all danger of frost has past with 3′ spacing. Does best with a support structure.
